Have a Hap Hap Happy Day!

Well, I don't know if Sherry will get on today or not.  Her internet came on for a little last night and she was on fb just long enough to explain the situation.  Charter told her they didn't have to fix it unti the 13th.  They really have been giving her the run around.  Poor Bill got to be on to play poker for a little bit and it went out with him holding a full house.  Sherry said he was really mad.

My grandson Aaron is going in to have his pitching arm checked.  He is in quite some pain in both the shoulder and arm.  I sure hope it is nothing serious.  He is suppose to pitch Sat.  but I think he needs to rest it and the doctor will probably tell him that.  I sure won't make him happy, but that is better than ruining the arm. 

Have the supper dishes soaking in the sink.  I was a bad girl and didn't feel like doing them last night so now I have to pay the price.  Bad Terry, Bad Terry.  Sun is shining so I guess I can get a bike ride in today.  Not much else going on.  It's thirsty thursday, but still undecided if I'll attend.  I usually think not, then end up going anyway.

Looks like it may be a gloomy day out there.  Rain lingering around us but iffy if it hits here.  I better hurry here as I want to go for a   .  

I turned on the Today show because I wanted to see the interview with Janet Evanovich (Plum books) and all I've seen so far is more about Michael Jackson.  Rehashing this and that. Let the man rest in peace. 

Have any of you ever been to a Rennaisance Faire?  Darla brought me a link to look into as we are all on vacation next week and there is going to be one near here. We may take it in. We are going to have quite the odd vacation.  Since the camp grounds we've checked into are full we are going to have a in home camp ground.  Camping in the yard, cooking out, lounging in lawn chairs, day trips. etc.  Only concession to being home will be the bathroom facilities.  Will have to go in the house for that, lol. Ought to be different.

Not much more going on.  Have to hit the daily grind.

Hope you all have a beautiful day.

I don't know if Sherry will be on here today or not.  She stopped over yesterday and said her internet was out again.  It's been going in and over over the last week and it's driving her crazy.  She called again and asked to talk to a supervisor. He assured her it would be fixed by the end of the day yesterday and credit would be applied to her account.  I guess we will have to see if she shows up.

My tv is off for the day.  I do not plan to watch the funeral for MJ.  I think it is being way overdone.  He was just an entertainer, not a world leader for gosh sakes.  Yes, he was very talented and made some great music and videos but as a human being there still was a lot to be desired.  Even a black would be senator thinks it's crazy.  And to be selling tickets to a funeral seems like such a disgrace to me.  I may be wrong but that is the way I feel.

Darla brought down some more pictures of the party.  I'm going through them and putting them up on facebook for her as her internet provider is veeeerrrrryy sssslllooooooow.  I'll put a few more up here too just so you can see how silly we all are .   They won their horseshoe games 4 to 1. 

Well on to check on the people in my friends list.  Been a bad neglectful person in that respect.

Good morning everyone.  Sure hope your day is a nice one.

This is what I will be doing tonight.  Watching people do this.

Don't know how long I will sit there.  It can get to be a little boring sometimes.  Of course you know that's Darla.  Didn't get one of Jack.  Battery ran out.  I will take my book and maybe the camera again to get more.  That is behind the Moose by the way.

Here are some of the flowers that are popping in around my yard.

They tell me this is a Yucca plant.  One blossoming one getting ready.

Below is my Topsy Turvy Tomato plant with it's blossoms.  Yesterday we notice the first tomato. I cand hardly wait.

Beth,  last night my granddaughter brought me the "Finger Lickin' Fifteen".  I'm already half way through it.  Should be done today.  Funny how a book can grab you. 

I see where Toddie is moving back to Wisconsin.  We sure will be glad to have her and Hugh here.

Haven't been around to visit much in the last few days.  Busy with the holiday weekend.  Plan to remedy that starting tomorrow.  Jack will be back to work and I will have the place to myself.  Won't have to share this thing.  Have to go through my friends list and pop in to see them.  So hard to get around to them all and I'm sure some of the them have dropped me but that is okay.  It seems we have all these great friends but can tend to gravitate to certains ones.  It will take me awhile but I am determined to visit them all.

Right now I am going to take my coffee and book and head for the picnic table.  Got to get some sun before the showers show up.

Well the weather was a little iffy for a get together but we didn't let that stop us.  The proof is below.

I will say it must have worried some of the invitees as they couldn't seem to find there way to the party.  Like the good troopers we are, we carried on famously without them.  The company good the food great.  Can't beat that. There is always a tiny downside.  Now everything has to come down.
